Welcome to the exclusive portal for you, our legendary Neighbours!
As CMF season approaches, we want to make sure that you, our neighbours, have all the info you need about CMF and our 2026 Festival. To stay up to date on everything-CMF, please check our Community Outreach page.
This webpage has plenty of information, but we want to draw your attention to a few key parts:
The Message Board, where we share detailed, new information and updates about CMF
Community Forum to connect directly with our Community Engagement Team, who will respond to all inquires within 24 during business hours leading into CMF, and within 24-hours during all of CMF.
Plans and Reports section, specifically our Hey Neighbour! Newsletter! which contains information specific to our presence in the Downtown West community.
This portal is designed for residents of Downtown West to access special deals and offers for CMF! Please do not share access with anyone that does not live in your building. The offers posted in this portal are intended for our neighbours only. If we find that offers are being abused, access may be limited and tickets voided.

HEY NEIGHBOUR! FORUM
This online Forum has been set up for residents and business owners to communicate directly with Team Cowboys Management regarding any questions, community concerns, or feedback you want to share regarding our 2025 Festival.
This Forum will remain open until the CMF Site has been returned to it’s pre-Festival state and is accessible 24/7. All questions, concerns and feedback will be responded to promptly, typically no later than 48 hours, excluding holidays and weekends.
DURING CMF 2026
If a message is received during CMF hours of operation, Team Cowboys and/ or the CMF BlockWatch Team will respond with answers to your questions and/or work to resolve any issues in conjunction with the CMF Clean-Up Team as quickly as possible. If a message is received outside of CMF hours of operation you can expect a response within 3 hours after our gates open the following day.
It’s important to us that there is an exclusive channel of communication for all residents of the Downtown West neighbourhood, so that we can address any concerns or issues quickly. To support this, we ask that you do not share access to this portal with anyone outside your Building.
