The Venue/ Event - Cowboys Music Festival (CMF)
Ticket Holder or Holder - The individual possessing a valid form of admission into CMF
Ticket(s) - The method of admission used by the Ticket Holder to access the Venue, including but not limited to digital tickets and codes (QR, barcode, etc), tickets or codes printed on paper, wristbands or vouchers.

The Holder of any Cowboys Music Festival Ticket hereby agrees to the following TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Cowboys Music Festival (CMF)
Issued by Cowboys Stampede Trail Ltd. (“Issuer”)
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 Issuer means Cowboys Stampede Trail Ltd. (CST).
1.2 Venue / Event means Cowboys Music Festival (CMF).
1.3 Ticket Holder / Holder means the individual in lawful possession of a valid Ticket.
1.4 Ticket(s) means any method of admission to CMF, including but not limited to digital tickets and codes (QR, barcode, etc.), printed tickets, wristbands, or vouchers.
1.5 Rules means the policies all Ticket Holders agree to adhere to, as outlined in CMF’s Zero-Tolerance Policy
By purchasing or possessing a Ticket, the Holder expressly agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.
2. ADMISSION
2.1 Admission is subject to capacity limits and regulations set by relevant authorities, including without limitation the Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis Commission (AGLC), Calgary Fire Department, and other applicable municipal, provincial, and federal authorities.
2.2 Entry is conditional upon compliance with all applicable laws, by-laws, regulations, and Venue rules as communicated by the Issuer, CMF, and government authorities.
3. SAFETY & SECURITY
3.1 Safety and security are top priorities of CMF. The Issuer shall implement practices and policies designed to comply with applicable laws and industry standards.
3.2 The Holder consents to reasonable inspection of their person and property upon entry or at any time while on the premises. CMF reserves the right to search belongings and confiscate prohibited items without compensation.
3.3 Security measures may include, without limitation: bag checks, pat-downs, and ID scanning for all attendees and staff.
3.4 Emergency information may be announced over the Venue’s public address system.
3.5 The Holder is encouraged to immediately alert staff or security if medical assistance is required or if suspicious activity is observed.
4. PROHIBITED ITEMS & ACTIVITIES
4.1 The following items are strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:
Weapons of any kind (knives, bats, bows, firearms, hammers, axes, etc.).
Bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, carts, and unauthorized motorized vehicles (excluding mobility aids).
Illegal substances or drug paraphernalia.
Outside alcohol; alcohol purchased within CMF must remain on-site.
Animals (except registered service animals; emotional support or companion animals excluded). Owners assume all risk and liability for registered service animals.
Umbrellas, hard-sided coolers, suitcases.
Glass bottles, containers, or vessels.
Unauthorized vending, soliciting, or product sampling.
Professional video/photography or audio recording equipment.
Gang-related paraphernalia.
Fireworks, open flames, and noxious substances.
Sports equipment, squirt guns, water toys, megaphones, air horns, chairs, or tents.
4.2 The Issuer reserves the right to prohibit any other item or activity deemed unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive.
4.3 The Holder shall not use CMF’s name, logos, or branding for unauthorized commercial purposes.
5. TICKETING
5.1 All Ticket Holders must be 18 years of age or older.
5.2 All Tickets are non-refundable and include all applicable fees, taxes, and gratuities.
5.3 Tickets are void if tampered with, duplicated, or damaged. “No Scan – No Entry.” Invalid tickets will not grant admission.
5.4 Ticket Holders consent to the recording of their image or likeness for use in future promotional materials without compensation.
5.5 Tickets may not be used for contests, sweepstakes, or commercial purposes without written approval of the Issuer.
5.6 There are no re-entry privileges. Once admitted, exit from the Venue voids the Ticket for re-entry.
6. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
6.1 All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
6.2 Lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged Tickets will not be replaced or honored.
6.3 Tickets constitute a revocable license. The Issuer reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any Holder without refund.
6.4 Unauthorized resale or attempted resale of Tickets is strictly prohibited.
7. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK
7.1 The Holder voluntarily assumes all risks incidental to the Event, including risks of personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss, whether arising before, during, or after the Event, and whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
7.2 The Holder releases and forever discharges the Issuer, Venue, and their affiliates, officers, directors, owners, employees, sponsors, contractors, volunteers, and agents from all claims arising out of or related to attendance at CMF.
8. COVID-19 HEALTH & SAFETY
8.1 CMF will comply with all provincial and federal health mandates in effect at the time of the Event, which may include proof of vaccination, negative testing, masking, or capacity limits.
8.2 Requirements are subject to change at any time based on government or promoter directives. Holders who fail to comply with such mandates may be refused entry without refund.
8.3 Attendance carries an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, which may result in severe illness or death. The Holder voluntarily assumes all risks related to such exposure and affirms they will adhere to applicable health protocols.
9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
9.1 The Issuer reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice by posting revisions on www.cowboysmusicfestival.com.
9.2 All revisions are effective immediately and apply retroactively to the date of Ticket purchase.
By purchasing, holding, or presenting a Ticket, the Holder confirms their agreement to abide by all Terms & Conditions set forth herein.
