Hey Neighbour!

Welcome to the exclusive portal for you, our legendary Neighbours!

As CMF season approaches, we want to make sure that you, our neighbours, have all the info you need about CMF and our 2026 Festival. To stay up to date on everything-CMF, please check our Community Outreach page.

This webpage has plenty of information, but we want to draw your attention to a few key parts:

• The Message Board, where we share detailed, new information and updates about CMF

• Community Forum to connect directly with our Community Engagement Team, who will respond to all inquires within 24 during business hours leading into CMF, and within 24-hours during all of CMF.

• Plans and Reports section, specifically our Hey Neighbour! Newsletter! which contains information specific to our presence in the Downtown West community. 

This portal is designed for residents of Downtown West to access special deals and offers for CMF! Please do not share access with anyone that does not live in your building. The offers posted in this portal are intended for our neighbours only. If we find that offers are being abused, access may be limited and tickets voided.
