The price of each Accessible Admission ticket will be the same as the initial on-sale price for General Admission tickets for that concert. For example, the initial on-sale price for a General Admission ticket for The Chainsmokers was $39.99, but based on the inventory sold, those General Admission tickets have increased in price to $99.99. The price you will pay when purchasing your Accessible Admission ticket for The Chainsmokers will be $39.99.
Each Accessibility Admission ticket provides admission for the ticket holder and 1 companion. You do not need to purchase a ticket for your companion.
To ensure we’re able to accommodate as many people as possible, additional companion tickets will not be available for purchse.
We have a limited quantity of Accessibility Admission tickets available. Once a concert or event is sold out, no additional Accessible Admission tickets will be made available.
If Accessible Admission tickets have sold out, but you would still like to attend the concert, please contact us and our team will help you secure tickets at the initial on-sale price, versus the current price shown on Tixr.

WAY FINDING & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Accessible Admission ticket patrons will enter through our Express Entry gate, located on 11th St, by the Contemporary Calgary site. Once through the gates, a member of Team Cowboys will lead patrons approximately 75 meters to the Accessible Viewing platform on a smooth, paved surface. This entrance is identified by a blue, rectangular sign with a wheelchair icon, in the upper right corner of the map below.
The Accessible Viewing platform is located outside of the main canopy, but still provides views of the stage and thrust. Large LED screens will be placed in close proximity to the platform to support watching performances. This platform has over-head coverage over the majority of the platform to support protection from the elements (direct sun, rain, etc.), but will be open-air on the sides. This area is identified by two blue, rectangular signs, one containing only a wheelchair icon, and the other with typical washroom icons, located in between the CRAFT and Jack Daniels activations, located towards the top of the page, centered.
Accessible Porta-Potties will be located directly behind the platform, eliminating extensive travel to use the facilities. Accessible porta-potties will also be located in the general/ standard porta-potty areas.

Who is the Accessible Admission intended for?
Accessible Admission tickets are intended for Patrons with disabilities that utilise mobility devices (wheelchairs, mobility scooters, etc). Additional seating will not be available in this area.
It is not acceptable to fake or exaggerate a disability to gain access to disability accommodations. Our Accessibility department has finite resources and must focus these resources on helping those who legitimately require assistance.
If a concert sells out online before Accessible Admission tickets go on sale, will I still be able to purchase tickets to that concert?
Yes! We have set aside an allotment of tickets for each concert and event, to be accessed exclusively by Patrons looking to purchase Accessible Admission tickets.
How will I access these tickets? At what price?
Once we’re able to put these tickets on sale, you’ll receive two emails from us: one giving you advance notice of when these tickets will be going on sale, and the other on the on-sale date, containing links to follow to make your purchase. Tickets are purchased on a first-come, first-served basis. Prices for these tickets will be equivalent to the initial on-sale ticket price for that specific concert or event.
What is the capacity of the elevated Accessible Viewing Platform? Are companions included in that capacity?
This area has a limited capacity of 36 people total. This includes 1 support person for each disabled patron, for a total of 18 pairs. To ensure we can accommodate as many patrons as possible, companions are limited to 1 person.
Does my Support Person have to buy a ticket? How will they get access to CMF?
No they do not. CMF is happy to provide 1x complimentary ticket per pair for a support person. When you purchase Accessible Admission tickets you will be issued a total of two Admission tickets.
What if I need a chair or stool?
Cowboys Music Festival is a standing-room-only venue; additional seating will not be available in this area. This is to ensure we can accommodate as many patrons on this platform as possible. Due to our security policies, outside chairs or stools are not permitted. Patrons with mobility devices that have seats, like some walkers, are permitted.
