Who is the Accessible Admission intended for?      

Accessible Admission tickets are intended for Patrons with disabilities that utilise mobility devices (wheelchairs, mobility scooters, etc). Additional seating will not be available in this area.

It is not acceptable to fake or exaggerate a disability to gain access to disability accommodations. Our Accessibility department has finite resources and must focus these resources on helping those who legitimately require assistance. 

 

If a concert sells out online before Accessible Admission tickets go on sale, will I still be able to purchase tickets to that concert? 

Yes! We have set aside an allotment of tickets for each concert and event, to be accessed exclusively by Patrons looking to purchase Accessible Admission tickets. 

 

How will I access these tickets? At what price?

Once we’re able to put these tickets on sale, you’ll receive two emails from us: one giving you advance notice of when these tickets will be going on sale, and the other on the on-sale date, containing links to follow to make your purchase. Tickets are purchased on a first-come, first-served basis. Prices for these tickets will be equivalent to the initial on-sale ticket price for that specific concert or event.

 

What is the capacity of the elevated Accessible Viewing Platform? Are companions included in that capacity?

This area has a limited capacity of 36 people total. This includes 1 support person for each disabled patron, for a total of 18 pairs. To ensure we can accommodate as many patrons as possible, companions are limited to 1 person.

 

Does my Support Person have to buy a ticket? How will they get access to CMF?

No they do not. CMF is happy to provide 1x complimentary ticket per pair for a support person. When you purchase Accessible Admission tickets you will be issued a total of two Admission tickets.

What if I need a chair or stool?

Cowboys Music Festival is a standing-room-only venue; additional seating will not be available in this area. This is to ensure we can accommodate as many patrons on this platform as possible. Due to our security policies, outside chairs or stools are not permitted. Patrons with mobility devices that have seats, like some walkers, are permitted.
