GETTING HERE
VIP ENTRANCE: You and your guests will use your wristbands to enter Cowboys Park through the VIP express gate located on 11 ST SW
SUITE ACCESS: Suite access starts at 7 PM! There is no re-entry permitted at any point. Set Times are subject to change and aren’t confirmed until day of event. We suggest arriving for 7 PM to ensure you don’t miss any openers or special guests!

VIP WRISTBANDS
DON’T PUT YOUR WRISTBAND ON UNTIL THE DAY OF YOUR SUITE BOOKING.
THEY LOCK ONCE TIGHTENED - ONCE THEY’RE ON THEY’RE ON!
Your wristband is your ticket into Cowboys Music Festival. Make sure to put it on before arriving to avoid any issues at the gate
Wristbands cannot be loosened or replaced once applied. Incorrectly applied, lost, stolen, or misplaced wristbands cannot be reissued or replaced
WHAT TO BRING
-A valid piece of government-issued ID
-The credit card used to purchase the suite
-Your VIP wristbands
-Tixr booking confirmation receipt
FAQ’S
VIP AREA: New this year is a dedicated area where only Bottle Service Suite guests can enter. The VIP area has it’s own VIP bar and VIP Trailer Washrooms
SKY SUITES: Must have a SKY SUITE wristband to access the SKY SUITE deck + Suites
SADDLE SUITES: Must have a SADDLE SUITE wristband to access the SADDLE SUITE rows
VIP WASHROOMS: There are two sets of Washrooms located inside the VIP area
WRISTBAND POLICY: If you leave early, your wristband cannot be transferred to another guest. Wristbands are non-transferable and valid for one-time use only per attendee
BAG POLICY: We strongly recommend guests arrive without a bag or with a bag within the smallest size restrictions
-Bags smaller than 4” x 6” x 1.5” (the size of a belt bag or small purse) will be allowed entry into Cowboys Music Festival at Cowboys Park after a standard security screening
- Guests with bags between 4” x 6” x 1.5” and 12” x 12” x 6” should plan for a lengthier security process
- Bags larger than 12” x 12” x 6” (ie. Backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, etc) are prohibited from entry into Cowboys Music Festival at Cowboys Park
BOTTLE SERVICE MENU
MINIMUM SPEND: When you arrive at your Suite, your Host will take payment for the required Minimum Liquor Spend of $2,000 + Gst & 20% Auto Gratuity and coordinate your order
PAYMENT: Only credit & debit payments are accepted NO CASH
FOOD: A variety of food options will be available for purchase once inside your suite
NOTE: Prices on the menu do not include GST or the 20% automatic gratuity
