GETTING HERE
VIP ENTRANCE: You and your Guests will use your wristbands to enter through the VIP Express Gate Located on 11 ST SW
ACCESS: The VIP Area and your Bottle Service Suite opens at 7 PM

-A valid piece of government-issued ID
-The credit card used to purchase the suite

FAQ’S
VIP AREA: New this year is a dedicated area where only Bottle Service Suite guests can enter. The VIP area has it’s own VIP bar and VIP Trailer Washrooms
VIP TRAILER WASHROOMS: Located inside the VIP area
Bag Policy: We strongly recommend guests arrive without a bag or with a bag within the smallest size restrictions
-Bags smaller than 4” x 6” x 1.5” (the size of a belt bag or small purse) will be allowed entry into Cowboys Music Festival at Cowboys Park after a standard security screening
- Guests with bags between 4” x 6” x 1.5” and 12” x 12” x 6” should plan for a lengthier security process
- Bags larger than 12” x 12” x 6” (ie. Backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, etc) are prohibited from entry into Cowboys Music Festival at Cowboys Park
MENU
MINIMUM SPEND: When you arrive at your Suite, your Host will take payment for the required Minimum Liquor Spend of $2,000 + Gst & 20% Auto Gratuity and coordinate your order.
PAYMENT: Only credit & debit payments are accepted
FOOD: A variety of food options will be available for purchase once inside your suite.
NOTE: Prices on the menu do not include GST or the 20% automatic gratuity
VIP WRISTBANDS
WRISTBANDS:
Your wristband is your ticket into Cowboys Music Festival. Make sure to put it on before arriving to avoid any issues at the gate.
Wristbands cannot be loosened or replaced once applied. Incorrectly applied, lost, stolen, or misplaced wristbands cannot be reissued or replaced.
